- Employees of the school have a legitimate educational interest such that they are entitled to access to education records undr Title 20, United States Code (20 USC) Section 1323(g), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and EC Section 49076(b) (6).  The School, its officers, and employees will comply with FERPA at all times.  In addition, it is agreed that the CDE has an educational interest in the educational records of the School such that the CDE will have access to those records.  Records will, at a minimum, include emergency contact information, health and immunization data, attendance summaries, and academic performance data from the statewide student assessments required pursuant to EC sections 60605 and 60851.
